I tried reaching out to customer support twice, i didn’t get much help either time. The replies took a while and weren’t very clear, which was frustrating. I guess I’ll just have to deal with it and move on, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

I used the cleaner from sosclorox.com on my bathroom tiles, and it did get some of the grime up, so I’ll give it that. But the corners were still annoying and took way more scrubbing than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not as strong as I hoped it would be. Decent overall, but a bit frustrating. 3 stars seems fair.

I tried S.O.S for some old marks on shirts and a few kitchen towels, and umm, it did a decent job on the lighter stains. Coffee spots and small food stains came out better than I expected.

For the tougher stains, though, it was more hit or miss. A few faded quite a bit, but there were still a couple that showed even after I washed them twice.

Overall, I’d say it’s fine for everyday stains, just not something I’d count on for really stubborn ones. Umm, I’d probably use it again, but I wouldn’t expect it to work miracles.

I ordered from S.O.S because they had a few things I couldn’t find anywhere near me. The site was easy to use, but some items showed as available and then suddenly weren’t after I checked out, which was really frustrating. The stuff I actually received was fine, so no complaints there, but I definitely wish their stock info was kept more up to date. Also, the reminders felt kind of aggressive after a while, like I didn’t need to be nudged that much. Giving it 3 stars for now.

I’ve ordered from them a handful of times, and at first I didn’t think much of it because the first batch seemed decent. Shipping was fine, packaging was fine, nothing really stood out in a bad way. But after trying a couple more orders, I started noticing they didn’t feel the same each time. One would be okay, then the next just seemed weaker and kind of off compared to the last. So I guess my issue is the quality feels inconsistent, which makes it hard to know what you’re actually going to get. I probably won’t buy again

The packaging was solid overall, and everything showed up without any leaks, which I really appreciated. The box did have a small dent on one corner, but the bottles were wrapped well enough that nothing inside was damaged. Not totally perfect, but still a good experience and I’m happy with it.

I ordered from sosclorox.com and the product worked okay, I guess, but wow, the smell was way stronger than I expected. It has that really sharp bleach scent that just hangs around forever. I rinsed everything down and could still smell it in the room afterward, which ended up giving me a headache. The worst part was the timing, I used it right before having people over, thinking it would freshen things up, and instead the whole place smelled like straight bleach. Maybe some people don’t mind that, but it was too much for me. I probably won’t buy it again unless they come out with a lighter scent.

I picked this up mostly for my kitchen counters, but then I ended up trying it in the bathroom too because, you know, once you start cleaning one thing you notice five other things. It worked better than I expected on a couple older spots that I thought would need way more scrubbing. The smell was mild, which is a big deal for me because I can’t stand cleaners that take over the whole room. Ordering was easy, nothing complicated, and overall it just did what it was supposed to do. I’d buy it again.

It’s a good value overall. Nothing too fancy, but for the price, I’m happy with it. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for something affordable that does the job.

I used this on my kitchen counter thinking it would be fine, especially since the site says it’s safe for surfaces. But now I’ve got dull spots where I used it?! My counter looks messed up, and I’m annoyed. Definitely not buying this again

I bought this from sosclorox.com thinking it would help with the greasy mess on my stove, but it barely did anything. I ended up scrubbing way more than I expected and still had to grab another cleaner to finish the job.
To make it more annoying, I had already waited in a queue just to get it ordered, so I was extra disappointed when it didn’t work. Maybe it’s fine for light dirt, but for grease it was a waste for me. I wouldn’t buy it again...
